Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., by the Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 12, 2014.

On January 18, 2014, at the front of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on January 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 10:30, when the victim D (the 15-year-old age-15) was traveling with a good horse for himself; (b) taken the head of the victim at the hand floor; (c) taken the spons; and (d) taken the spons of the victim; and (d) taken the spons of the victim from E at the above location at around 01:0 on the same day, the Defendant heards the victim’s speech that the victim had a good horse against the defendant; and (d) taken the 40 meters away from the spons of the victim’s flaps and moved the spons with the drinking and the spons of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on both sides of the inner part of the 14-day medical treatment for approximately 14 days on the victim.
