1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On July 25, 1996, the Plaintiff is a correctional public official who was appointed as a correctional officer and served in the B prison court attendance from September 15, 2014 after promotion to the correctional officer on July 25, 201.
