Punishment of the crime
Defendant
C was notified of a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a crime of gambling on July 1, 1993, and sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for the crime of habitual gambling on July 30, 1997 and 2 years of suspension of execution, and sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for the crime of habitual gambling on May 10, 2002, and sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act on August 13, 2003 and 2 years of suspension of execution, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 10 million for the crime of habitual gambling at the Changwon District Court on October 6, 2008.
1. 2. Defendant A
