On December 16, 2012, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven B Coin vehicle within approximately 30 kilometers from the front day of the lusium 0.113% of the blood alcohol level on the roads before the lusium 445-2, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
