A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the office operated by the victim E in Daejeon-gu Office No. 1008, Daejeon-gu Office Office No. 1008; and (b) at the victim’s office, “in the form of the 10th of each month, the Defendant written the 10th of each month; and (c) if the Defendant borrowed the money with a credit loan under the name of the victim,

2. On May 6, 2013, the Defendant, at the office of the victim E, shall pay the victim a total of the loans borrowed prior to lending money with credit card loans.

However, in fact, since the state of bad credit at the time of being bad and debts without any particular property, there was no intention or ability to repay the borrowed money from the injured party.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim as such, received from the victim, the sum of KRW 3 million around May 15, 2013, KRW 1 million around May 18, 2013, KRW 3.2 million around May 25, 2013, KRW 5 million around May 25, 2013, and KRW 12.2 million around June 3, 2015 under the name of the Defendant.

3. In the office of the victim E around July 2013, the Defendant would pay the victim a total of the loans extended to the victim by borrowing money from the victim as soon as necessary.

However, in fact, since the state of bad credit at the time of being bad and debts without any particular property, there was no intention or ability to repay the borrowed money from the injured party.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim and belongs to it.
