A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a beer cruise car.

On February 4, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of approximately 0.176% of alcohol during blood transfusions, and proceeded with one-lane of the two-lanes in front of the shooting distance of the Yongsan Park, which is located in the Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Yeonsu-gu Gabbbbbol.

At all times, there was a private street crossing in which signal lights are installed on the front bank, and there was a duty of care to see the front bank and the left and right well and to drive safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded as it is in difficult to drive under normal conditions due to influence of drinking, and the Defendant got the back portion of the victim C (W, 33 years old) driving dpp-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-rayed vehicle in the front side of the above free-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-raying vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury of the victim C, such as light cryp, cryp, etc., which requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim C, and the injury of the victim E and the passenger cryp cryp, such as “fryp cryp,” which requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the passenger G (2) of the said cryp car cryp, and the injury of the victim E and the passenger cryp cryp vehicles H (58 years of age), respectively, to the victim E and the passenger cryp cryp.
