A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment due to fraud, etc., and two years of suspended execution on July 1, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 1, 2016.

1. The defendant in violation of the Passenger Transport Service Act shall not use a one-time driver's license plate running business in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan area, and a person who rents a commercial motor vehicle from a rent-a-car business operator for transport with compensation or sublet the motor vehicle to another person;

Nevertheless, around 11:00 on August 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from around 11:00 to the Cheonggu High School located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) from around 11:00, the Defendant transported one female customer under his name using the D car car leased by the Defendant, and received KRW 10,000 as transportation fee; (c) continuously, around 12:30 on the same day, the Defendant transported one female customer under his name using the same vehicle from before the same Gu E to the same Gu F.; and (d) from around 18th of the same month to the above date, the Defendant carried on the transport business with the leased vehicle by using the same vehicle as the list of crimes, from around 18th of the same month.

2. On August 30, 2015, around 14:10, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the H District of Gangnam-gu Police Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and voluntarily acted in the said district due to the suspicion of committing the same crime as paragraph (1), and then, upon receiving a request from the police officer I of the said district, the name and resident registration number of “J”, the Defendant’s friendly birth of the Defendant, who was requested by the police officer I of the said district, was not the name and

Around August 14:10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was investigated at the H District of the Gangnam-gu Police Station H District located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the charge of commercial transport; (b) the Defendant was able to commit the Defendant’s friendly behavior in order to conceal his/her multiple times of transport; and (c) written statement of his/her written consent and investigation process using a test-type pen.
