1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

A. The National Exemplary Drivers Association (hereinafter referred to as the “National Federation”) is an organization with the purpose of establishing advanced traffic order through traffic safety service, whose members are exemplary drivers. The Defendant is a branch of the National Federation established in B, which consists of 21 Sis/Guns, respectively. The Plaintiff is the head of the Defendant’s C Branch.

The purpose of Article 1 (Purpose) of the Election Management Regulations of the National Federation shall be to provide for matters concerning an election of the president, head of the National Exemplary Drivers Association, head of the chapter, and head of the sub-president.

Article 2 (Scope of Application) This provision shall apply only to the election of the head of Exemplary Drivers Association, head of a chapter, and head of a sub-chapter.

Article 4 (Requirements for Candidates)

3. The head of a branch office shall be the incumbent head of the branch office and the incumbent head of the branch office.

Article 6 (Election Procedures) Election of the Chairperson shall be held 20 days prior to the term of office of the Chairperson.

Article 14 (Restrictions on Election Campaign)

(a) A candidate shall not use a banner, shoulder belt, poster, name tag, etc. for the election;

(b) shall not slander competition candidates;

(c) not provide any form of monetary spraying or entertainment;

The election campaign period shall be from the registration date of candidates to the election day.

Article 15 (Violation of Provisions) Election Commission shall remove and collect public notices given by the candidate when it proves that any provision of Article 14(a), (b), or (c) has been violated, and shall revoke the registration and invalidate the election even after the election is made.

Article 17 (Reelection) An election commission shall re-election in accordance with all procedures, if no one is registered as a candidate by the closing time of the registration of the candidate.

Article 18 (Announcement of Party Election)

1. An election commission shall, if there is only one candidate run as a candidate until the candidate completes the registration of candidate, cast a non-voting vote;
