1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts and circumstances of dispositions;
A. On December 30, 201, the Plaintiff’s status and current status of the Plaintiff and the Coul Global Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Coul Global”) (hereinafter “Coul Global”) were merged with Coulul Global Co., Ltd. and changed the name of the corporation to Coul Global Coul Global Co., Ltd. B. The Plaintiff’s act 1) The Korea Land Corporation ordered the construction of public sewage treatment facilities and the Korea Land Corporation’s bidding for the construction of public sewage treatment facilities and the Korea Land Corporation. However, on October 1, 2009, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation was integrated into the Korea Land and Housing Corporation. As such, on January 9, 2009, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation published the construction of public sewage treatment facilities and the installation of high-level treatment facilities for the purpose of preventing water pollution in public waters by disposing of and discharging sewage generated within the Incheon Free Economic Zone Cheongra International City development project district in accordance with the provisions of the Sewerage Act, such as the Sewerage Act (hereinafter “the construction of high-level public sewage treatment facilities”).
B. Accordingly, on January 2009, the plaintiff will be the successful bidder in the public tender for the construction of the public village between the first police officer of the Kook Global on the first half of the year 2009, and the Kook Global will be the successful bidder.
