A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

On March 5, 2019, at around 03:33, the Defendant driven an E-7 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.094% from the Defendant’s house located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

As a result, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
