1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,141,650 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 22, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. From March 2017 to June 2017, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with materials equivalent to KRW 33,054,010, such as fossils.

However, the defendant paid only KRW 2,912,360 out of the above goods price.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of 30,141,650 won with the remainder of the goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from March 22, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the application for the instant payment order, as sought by the Plaintiff.
