1. The Plaintiff, and Defendant B, in sequence D 291 square meters, connected to the Plaintiff the attached Form No. 13,14,15,16,17,20,13.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On March 15, 1913, F acquired the land of this case under the circumstances of D large 291 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). G acquired the land of this case under the circumstances of E large 754 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) adjacent to the land of this case, such as the attached Form No. 1 on the same day, as in the attached Form No. 1, as in the same day.
B. As before and after the acquisition of the instant land No. 2, G specified as the part on the (v) part of 431 square meters in the attached Form No. 4, 5, 6, 20, 17, 18, 19, and 4 among the land No. 2 in the order of priority among the land No. 2 in the instant case (hereinafter “attached Form No. 5”).
(2) Around October 1923, in order to construct a building on the ground of the instant land, F made an agreement, instead of being transferred from G, on the part (f) part (f) of the attached map No. 1,2,17,16,15,14,14, and 15.6 square meters connected to G in sequence with G, the owner of the instant land, namely, G around October 10, 1923, which is the owner of the instant land. Around October 1, 1923, F made an agreement on the part (f) of the attached map No. 232 square meters among the instant land No. 2, which connects G to each of the areas (f) 1,2,17,16,15,14, and 15,000 square meters of the attached map No. 1 among the instant land, to exchange each of the said parts (a) with the same map No. 113,13,14,15,16,27,27 and 13).

1) At the time of the instant exchange agreement, F began to occupy the pertinent land by constructing a wooden flag and roof housing 51.33 square meters on the ground part on the ground among the land No. 2 of the instant case, 51.33 square meters on the ground, 24 square meters on the wooden flag and roof, 12.08 square meters on the 10, 11, 12, 13, 20, 20, and 10.2) Accordingly, F began to occupy the said land on the cadastral map of the instant land No. 1 and 2.
