A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim E (the age of 23) have come to death from October 2012.

1. The Defendant, at around 18:00 on July 23, 2013, at the H department office of G University 3rd grade located in F, G University 18:00, the Defendant: (a) there was a defect in the victim who was found in order to comply with the Defendant’s attack with female students in the same school; (b) the victim tried to use the phone to make the son speak; (c) the victim’s cell phone and bank gate creamed with the victim’s cell phone and bank clicked with the victim’s cell phone and clicked with the victim “I want to die and die,” and (d) the victim hicked with the victim’s son who tried to go out of the office floor; and (d) the victim spawned with the victim’s knick with the victim’s son who died of the victim, such as the victim’s knick with the victim’s son who died.
