A. The Plaintiff is a person who operates a child-care center under the trade name, “C child-care center” (hereinafter “instant child-care center”).

B. D is a child care teacher registered in the child care center of this case, and E is a child care teacher registered in the child care center of this case and is the plaintiff's early childhood.

On the other hand, the child care center of this case is not designated as the so-called "long-term childcare center" where infant care can be provided by extending the period from 07:30 to 19:30 to 24:00, which is the standard infant care hours.

C. On November 22, 2016, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of the details of the disposition pursuant to Article 21(2) of the Administrative Procedures Act, as follows, and notified the Plaintiff of the change in attendance at the hearing.

Subsidies and social services are granted by fraud or other improper means that constitute the grounds for disposition.
