Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.
On October 31, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car at around 18:52, and proceeds from three-lanes of three-lanes of three roads near the Haak-si, Pyeong-si, Pyeong-si, Pyeong-si, Pyeong-si, Pyeong-si.
In other words, it has come to the pedal.

Even though the Defendant suffered from an injury, such as knee knee’s knee, which requires treatment for about two weeks due to such occupational negligence, the Defendant left the vehicle at the scene of the accident without taking necessary measures, such as stopping the vehicle and aiding the victim.
