Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around April 2016, the Defendant: (a) was married with the victim B on the premise of marriage, and around 16:00 on June 22, 2017, the Defendant found in the Piano Teaching School located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, which was operated by the injured party, and did not show the son who created between the Defendant and the injured party; (b) took a bath; and (c) the victim disputed each other, stating that “the son must do so,” and (d) the victim assaulted the victim when she head at the end of the right end of the victim’s right.
