Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant cut off electric wires installed at the construction site of a newly-built apartment, sold them on the water surface, etc. to gain profits therefrom, concealed them as if they were the body of the construction site of the newly-built apartment site, concealed electric wires and stolen electric wires into the construction site of the new apartment site, and planned to cut off electric wires during the dial new wall hours, and put them on the vehicle with their body.
1. On March 10, 2015, from around March 10, 2015 to around March 16, 2015, the victim D Co., Ltd, a manager of the instant construction site and the owner of electric wires, appear to be the company in charge of each construction site. Accordingly, each victim was corrected accordingly.

From March 11, 2015 to March 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) colored the electric wires to intrude into and theft from E block 2414 at the construction site, as described in paragraph (1) around 02:0; (b) opened 225 electric wires worth KRW 1,000,000, total market value of the victim D Co., Ltd. owned by the victim D Co., Ltd, who installed the interior distribution of the apartment due to the cutting machines, etc. before preparation and cutting off; and (c) removed them from the construction site; (d) cut off the FF Cost She’s vehicle parked around the construction site by placing the above electric wires; and (e) cut them by any means thereafter until March 26, 2017 by the victims, as described in the attached list of crimes, at least two times in total at the market price of the victims, including the total market price of KRW 207,67,80,00.
