Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2017, at around 10:00, the Defendant driven approximately 30 km from the front of the influoral road located in the fluoral road of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and from the front of the fluoral road of the Kimhae-si to the lower end of the expressway (net direction) 148km in front of the road of the fluoral road without the driver’s license.
