Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant, from August 13, 2016 to August 17, 2016, took advantage of the victim B’s travel goods from August 13, 2016 to the victim B’s travel.

[Criminal Facts]

1. Around August 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) called “F Vice-President on the part of the victim’s customer counseling center (E) in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu; and (b) took unreasonable treatment in travelling by phone using the Defendant’s mobile phone (C) around August 27, 2016; (c) from that time, the Defendant: (d) changed the F. Vice-President on the part of the victim’s customer counseling center in Jung-gu, Seoul; and (d) took an unreasonable view in travelling; (c) and (d) took a call from that time until 14:46 of the same day, 391 call as indicated in the annexed List of Crimes, and thus, (c) the lines were limited to three.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's reservation and consultation by force.

2. From September 1, 2016 to September 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attempted to commit fraud by using a criminal organization; (b) the employees of the victim’s headquarters attempted to commit a crime by using a criminal organization; (c) sent false mail to the victim’s head office on the part of the victim; and (d) attempted to use a local hotel’s fraud organization for aiding and abetting the victim’s fraud; and (c) even though the victim’s head office had not been aided and abetting the victim’s fraud, the Defendant attempted to use the local criminal organization to threaten fraud; and (d) “B’s head office attempted to commit a crime of intimidation to the Defendant using the local criminal organization; and (e) “B’s head office intended to send false mail to the Defendant at the site of the Defendant; and (e) made use of the victim’s head office and the victim’s head office to assist the victim to commit fraud.”

Accordingly, the defendant is false.
