A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 09:15 on August 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) while driving a bex passenger car and moving to a vehicle loading place in the passenger ship “C”, the Defendant: (b) instructed the victim D (5 years of age) who is the head of the above passenger ship to place the vehicle in order; (c) indicated the victim’s complaint; and (d) instructed the victim to place the vehicle in the order of the vehicle; and (d) attached the vehicle on the vehicle, and (e) instructed the victim to give instructions on the vehicle, and (e) interfered with the electric shock (30cm in length), which is a dangerous object kept in the above combined vehicle (30cm in length) by taking the victim’s hand and threatening the victim to take the neck of the victim; and (e) again, when the head of the above passenger ship manager asks the victim “dle,” the manager of the said passenger ship manager to ask the victim “dle,” who caused the assault to the victim’s left hand, thereby threateninging the victim’s loss.

As a result, the Defendant carried a dangerous electric shock machine, and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about three weeks.
