1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,70,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 26, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case until the day of complete payment, shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
