A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was carrying at the construction site of G5 tons cargo vehicles in G5 tons, which was prepared in advance, for a victim D owned by the victim parked there; and (b) was stolen by carrying at the construction site of G5 tons of cargo vehicles, where the victim D owned by the victim parked there.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant, around 20:00 on December 22, 2017, driven a G5 tons freight vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the 44-km section of approximately 44 km from the 20:0 to the road in front of the Gyeong-gu, Kimcheon-gu, Kim Jong-si, the 1-ro innovation 1:51 on December 22, 2017, south-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, the 5 tons of the freight vehicle.

B. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant, around 22:00 on December 22, 2017, driven a G5 tons truck without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of approximately 50km-gu, Kimcheon-gu, Kimcheon-gu to the road front of the construction site of the GTX C, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, 1:51 on December 22, 2017, from around 22:0 to the road front of the 45 teaching angle.
