A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2015, the Defendant found one set of two-wheeled vehicle license plate of the victim D, “E” on the front day of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-do, where the victim D was lost.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning one of the number plates that he acquired, embezzled the Defendant’s thought that he had.

2. On March 2015, the Defendant illegally used the number plate of a two-wheeled automobile, which was acquired as stated in the preceding paragraph, by attaching it to the lower part of the Defendant’s ownership, the number plate of a two-wheeled automobile.

3. The Defendant, from the day of the preceding paragraph to October 17:20, 2015, operated the said Obaba in Ulsan Dong-gu, U.S. to October 28, 2015, and exercised the illegally used air defense.
