A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and six months at the Seoul Central District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on October 11, 2016.

After establishing a number of old-age corporations, “B” established a large number of old-age corporations, and then disposed of them by making use of the name of each corporation; “C” prepared documents necessary to open a large-age bankbook in accordance with the instructions given by the said total book; and the Defendant was a person who acts to establish a old-age corporation or deliver documents necessary to open a large-use passbook in accordance with the instructions given by the above total book; and the Defendant was willing to establish a old-age corporation, open a large-use bankbook, and distribute the same according to the division of the above roles with the above names of the above persons, etc.

1. Preparation of qualification documents;

A. On March 30, 2018, the Defendant entered “BA” in the corporate name column for the report on incorporation and the application for registration of business in the Sungnam-gu branch of the Gyeonggi-si branch of the Gyeonggi-si branch of the company, “BA” in the column for the location of the place of business, “services” in the main line of business, “Internet entry and attraction” in the main line of business, “employee” in the column for personal information of the applicant, “BD” in the applicant column, and “A” in the agent column.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above-mentioned person, prepared a report on the establishment of a private document and an application for registration of a business operator, which are private documents related to rights and duties, by collecting the proxy qualification of BA representative BD without authority.

B. On May 9, 2018, the Defendant committing the crime related to BE is “services” in the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the name of the corporation in the corporate name of the report of incorporation and the application for registration of business, the location of the “stock company BE”, the “Seoul Gangseo-gu, Seoul, the 4th floor BG head” and the “service” in the main place of business.
