Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc. as a foreigner of Japanese nationality, the Defendant intended to import psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, into the Republic of Korea, from Hong Kong to the Republic of Korea. On July 26, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) divided into six plastic bags in Hong Kong into six plastic bags; (b) left the bags for travel containing 5.972 kilograms in the Jonoponon; (c) boarded the Republic of Korea as a hand waybill; and (d) imported narcotics to the Republic of Korea on board at the Kim Sea Port at around 06:30 of the same day on the same day, at around 06:30 of the same day.
