1. Determination as to the defendants' claims for loans

A. The plaintiff asserted that he was jointly and severally liable to the defendant B for the above loans of KRW 12 million on June 15, 2004, KRW 5 million on November 27, 2004, KRW 2 million on June 28, 2005, KRW 3 million on August 7, 2005, KRW 2 million on August 3, 2005, KRW 2 million on August 31, 2005, KRW 2 million on August 22, 2005, KRW 6 million on November 22, 2005, KRW 8 million on November 5, 2005, KRW 6 million on the above loans of KRW 7 million on November 5, 200, KRW 6 million on November 5, 2005, KRW 6 million on June 4, 200, KRW 6 million on June 5, 2006, KRW 6 million on June 4, 2006.

B. Determination 1) 1: (a) The Plaintiff loaned 2.5 million won to Defendant C on June 15, 2004; (b) 17.5 million won on November 27, 2004; (c) the Plaintiff loaned 2.5 million won on June 28, 2005; (d) 3.6 million won on August 1, 2005; (e) 6.6 million won on August 7, 2005; and (e) 6.6 million won on August 28, 2005; and (e) 2.5 million won on August 3, 2005; and (e) Defendant C on November 22, 2005; and (e) 6.5 million won on August 26, 2005; and (e) 2.6 million won on November 16, 2005; and (e) the obligor is liable for 6.6 million won on May 26, 20005.
