1. On January 1, 2015, Defendant A and G’s joint criminal conduct listened to the words “I would like to take money by taking conditions after leaving the country,” “I would like to take to come back with our money. I would like to have you want to live together with my house, want to do so, I would like to believe that I would like to live together with the house, and that I would like to do so once trust, and that I would like to borrow money at the place where I would like to lend the other party of sexual traffic.”

Defendant A and B’s joint criminal conduct, as set forth in paragraph (1), received money from the child or juvenile O (or 15 years of age) who was sent out of the Republic of Korea during the commission of intermediary activities as set forth in paragraph (1) by making an offer separate from G, and as G knew of the fact, the G retired from work with G and continued to engage in the act of arranging sexual traffic with the Defendant B.

On March 29, 2015, the Defendants, around 00:25, 00: (a) carried O on a passenger car made by Defendant A while carrying O, and carried out smartphone-making display (L) with male and female incompeting, after engaging in sexual traffic.
