Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2016, the Defendant operated approximately 3 km of benz vehicles (the chassis number: B) not registered in the vehicle registration ledger by no later than 12-39 on the road No. 23-2 (Yuk-gu, Young-gu) of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in front of the road No. 23-2 (Yuk-dong), Suwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
