Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Protection and Support of Missing Children, etc. shall protect such missing children without filing a report thereon with the chief of a police office without justifiable grounds;

Nevertheless, from the early September 10, 2017 to June 18:00, the Defendant protected C (n, 15 years old) who is a missing child at the port of the Seo-gu Incheon building, the Defendant’s house located in the head of the Seo-gu Incheon Dong-dong, and the T (n, 15 years old) in the south-gu, Incheon.

2. On March 6, 2018, the Defendant, at the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu building, and the Defendant’s house located in Hoho, committed an act of theft against C by stating that the Defendant stolen articles, such as cash and clothes, that could be used as money, by entering the said building, Seo-gu, Incheon, and the Defendant’s house, and allowing C to commit a theft.

On March 7, 2018, the Defendant requested C to amend the Bill of Amendment to Bill of Amendment with the content of “three punishment on DNA Quaker World” in the oral charge at this court on September 20, 2019, the Defendant stated that C had there is no objection against D building in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, three Muker E-owned at the house in the same subparagraph C, two punishments on Duker Quaker, two punishments on monker Quaker, one punishment on mone-owned, and three punishments on mone-owned, and the Prosecutor stated that there is no objection against the foregoing. This court determined that the same basic facts are identical, and that the modification does not harm the identity of the existing facts.

A thief caused theft of the market value, such as 5 punishments and ducts, such as a typoid, and 2-on, such as a duct, which caused theft.
