On December 19, 2012, around 23:50 on December 19, 2012, the Defendant driven B K5 cars while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.094% from the 5km section from the roads adjacent to the Cyang Station in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the Seoul Yannam Highway Kimpo-si.
