When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 6, 2015, at around 13:25, the Defendant operated an infrastructure compact with a 150-ray mother boat at the arrival of the goods at the port of the ship, and used a ship without a ship inspection certificate up to the 13:30 on the same day, which is located on the same side.
