Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

On January 6, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by a police officer F, who is a police officer of the Asia Police Station E zone E zone called “D” in Asan City B, upon receipt of a report by failing to pay the alcohol value; (b) requested a police officer to present an identification card to identify the Defendant’s personal information, but failed to comply with his/her request; and (c) assaulted the police officer F’s breath’s breath by breath, while he/she sawed the Defendant’s drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties on the prevention of danger by police officers.
