Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 3, 2019, the Defendant, who was under the influence of alcohol at the bus stops near the king No. 8, 07:15, in Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant was taking protective measures by the police officers belonging to the Seoul Sungdong Police Station B Zone B, who was dispatched to the site after receiving 112 report from the witness, and was accompanied to the above zone in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

이후 피고인은 같은 날 07:40경 경찰관들이 만류함에도 위 지구대에서 나와 그 앞에 주차되어 있던 순찰차에 침을 뱉고 순찰차를 발로 걷어차는 등의 행패를 부리면서, 이를 제지하는 경찰관들에게 시비를 걸던 중 땅에 떨어진 피고인의 붕대를 줍기 위해 상체를 숙이고 있던 위 지구대 소속 경장 피해자 D(33세)의 얼굴을 오른발로 1회 걷어찼다.
