A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On October 15, 2017, the Defendant, on October 15, 2017, by deceiving the said victim as if he were to pay the drinking value in the “E” music club operated by the victim D, which is located in the Gangnam-gun of Gangwon-do, around 23:00 on October 15, 2017, and by deceiving the said victim, he received from the said victim 10,000 won of the market price, 10,000 won of the C, 10,000, and 2,000 won of the market price.

B. On November 2017, the Defendant, on the end of the end of November 2017, by deceiving the said victim as if he were to pay the drinking value in the “H” musical singing room operated by the victim G in the Gangnam-gun F, Gangwon-do, and then, the Defendant acquired the said victim by deceiving him from the said victim, who received the said victim 20 to the beer of the amount equivalent to KRW 250,00,000, KRW 3 sick, and KRW 2,50,000 from the said victim.

On December 2, 2017, the Defendant, on December 12, 2017, by deceiving the said victim as if he would pay the drinking value at the “K” singing room operated by the victim J in Gangwon-gun at around 20:00, and by deceiving the said victim, he received the said victim’s 60,000 won of the market price from the said victim, and acquired the said victim by deception.

On February 19, 2018, the Defendant, at around 20:00 on February 19, 2018, induced the above victim as if he would pay the drinking value at the N'N's entertainment point in the operation of the victim M in Gangwon-gun L, and the Defendant acquired the above victim with delivery of 10,000 won per two weeks, 10,000 won per the market price from the above victim, and 20 tobacco.

E. On February 20, 2018, the Defendant, at around 23:55 on February 20, 2018, deceiving the said victim by the same method at the above amusement shop, and then, the Defendant acquired the said victim by deceptioning the said victim by delivery from the said victim of the 3.40,00 won at the market price.

2. Obstruction of business;

A. On October 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the operation of the main points of the said victim by force for about one hour during around October 22, 2017, by running the Victim P (V, the age of 50) located in the Gangnam-gun, Gangwon-do, the Defendant, at around 22:10 on October 22, 2017.

B. On October 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at the end of October 2017, 00:05.
