A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:40 on March 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed at the Busan Coast Guard D Station D box located in the Busan Coast Guard C, Busan Coast Guard; (b) asked police officers to ask for inquiries to find a kind of friendship that he or she could have been frighted before several hundred and forty (00) years, and requested police officers to inquire into personal information without permission; (c) however, police officers E to the effect that “it is impossible to inquire about personal information; (d) an application for a family member lost by the public service center of the public service center of the police station would have to be made; and (e) received notice from the above E that the Defendant could have been prosecuted if he or she talked.”

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while doing his act in his lacing off, took off the clothes of E by hand with “Chos anywhere,” and tried to sit in the chair by causing the Defendant, which was beyond the floor in the process of his restraint, and the Defendant’s hand floor with the Defendant’s left her hand, and her right blick at two times.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers for the maintenance of public peace and order as above.
