1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff, as an oriental medical doctor from June 15, 201, established and operated a DNA medical care institution under the National Health Insurance Act, a medical care institution under the National Health Insurance Act (hereinafter “first medical care institution”).

On November 30, 2012, closed, from December 18, 2012, 2012, B, a follow-up 1 of the 2nd unit in Gangnam-gu, Seoul E-2nd unit, is opening and operating a 11th unit (hereinafter “2nd unit”).
