Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2016, at around 11:18, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on May 29, 2016, was driving a motor vehicle B from the road front of the Suwon-gu Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Sungwon-si University to approximately KRW 64-1, in the volume of the arms-gu at the same time to the 64-1st road.
