1. Basic facts

A. The relevant Plaintiff A is an enterprise that imports chemical drugs and engages in wholesale and retail business, and the Defendant is an enterprise that manufactures chemical drugs.

B. The plaintiff B worked for the defendant company for about about 25 years and retired from the defendant company on November 2007, and the plaintiff A, which was established as the defendant's subsidiary, was operated independently, and since 2009, the plaintiff B made a price competition while manufacturing and selling the same chemical medicine as the defendant.

C. On November 15, 2010, Plaintiff A entered into a comprehensive contract with the Defendant, including an agency business that sells Defendant products (hereinafter “instant contract”) with a view to reducing damages caused by price competition with the Defendant. The main contents are as follows.
