Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to operate a general restaurant, shall report to the competent authorities by type of business or place of business;

Nevertheless, the Defendant occupied and used the above road without permission from the road management agency at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
