A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 29, 2016, the criminal defendant against the victim C made a false statement that the victim C would pay the interest on one part of the month on the loan of money to the victim C at the E office located in Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun.
However, the defendant was thought to have borrowed money from the injured party, and there was no other occupation or property at that time and there was no intention or ability to repay the money borrowed from the injured party.
Nevertheless, on April 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received KRW 24 million from the new bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant around April 29, 2016 from the victim; and (c) received a delivery of KRW 108,300,000 in total as shown in the annexed crime list (1) from April 17, 2018 to around 12 times.
2. On March 2017, the Defendant against the victim G is receiving 350 to 4 million won from the monthly income to the victim G from the Plaintiff’s main points in the name of Hongsung-gun H, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, who is a police officer in early 2017.
