Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2015, at around 16:45, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a B-hand car from around 500 meters away from the front day of viewing in the Daegu-gu Dong-dong to the front day of the Dong-gu Public Security Center in the same Dong.
