1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 231,320,000 and KRW 155,000 among them, from January 1, 2019 to the day of full payment.

While the Plaintiff had already lent KRW 1.20 million to the Defendant and received interest of KRW 1.2 million per month equivalent to 1.2 million per month, the Plaintiff received a request from the Defendant to lend KRW 1.2 million under the same conditions (interest rate of KRW 1.2 million per month) and lent KRW 1.20 million upon receipt of a loan certificate (Evidence 1.2 million from the Defendant on July 8, 201, and KRW 35 million on July 27, 2011.

Therefore, the principal of the Plaintiff’s loan is KRW 150 million in total, and KRW 150 million in total, and the interest on each of the above loans was agreed at KRW 1% per month.

[Defendant did not state interest on the above Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, but the defendant borrowed KRW 1.2 million prior to the preparation of the loan certificate No. 1,20,000 per month, and paid interest on KRW 1.2 million per month corresponding to the 1,200,000 per month, and the defendant paid interest on the above loan Nos. 1 and 2 from July 201 to October 2012 after the preparation of the certificate No. 1 and 2, and paid interest on KRW 1.55,00,00 per month amounting to KRW 1,50,000 per month (the monthly interest rate of KRW 1.5,00,000 per month plus KRW 1.5,00,000 per month), in light of the fact that the interest between the original defendant was recognized as having been paid by the defendant, the defendant did not pay the interest rate of KRW 1.8,000 per month after 2,000 per month.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant paid KRW 55,00,000 to the principal of the borrowed amount of KRW 155,000,000, which is the interest accrued until December 31, 2018 and the interest accrued from KRW 76,320,000,000, which is paid by the Defendant to the interest accrued during the period.
