Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-speed car B.
At around 22:30 on April 1, 2013, the Defendant proceeded ahead of the three-lanes in the three-lanes of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with the three-lanes of the emergency runway three-lanes, the two-lanes of the two-lanes.
