1. All plaintiffs' lawsuits are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
The deceased, such as the acquisition of ownership of each land listed in the separate sheet No. 2 of the deceased of basic factual relations, shall build a temple "F" and use it as the site from G on August 26, 1981, in order to use it as the site, the land listed in the separate sheet No. 3 and No. 4 of the attached sheet No. 2 of July 10, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as "the land No. 3 and No. 4"); the remaining land listed in the separate sheet No. 2 of the attached sheet shall be referred to as "F" as "each land of this case" as its number; and it shall be referred to as "each land of this case."
(ii)Purchase the price of KRW 150,000,000 for the purchase and payment of the price in full. However, without completing the registration of ownership transfer, an agreement was made to obtain the registration of ownership transfer in G’s name when requested by the deceased.
In September 191, the Deceased purchased from I a certain location of 1,926 square meters of land JJ in land No. 1 and Gyeonggi-gun in order to create F, and then completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 7, 1997.
On November 30, 1995, the deceased participated in the auction procedure of the case K in this court, and paid the successful bid price by winning the bid price of 2,49m2 in Gyeonggi-gun L, Gyeonggi-do. Accordingly, on February 3, 1996, the registration of ownership transfer was completed by the commission of the auction court on February 3, 1996. The deceased agreed to receive the registration of ownership transfer from G at any time when the deceased requests.
After the Deceased’s purchase of each of the instant lands, the Deceased’s construction works and the Deceased’s Suspension of the Construction Works were to build F on the ground, and the construction was suspended due to the continuous financing shortage, after obtaining a construction permit from the head of Yangyang-gu as to each of the buildings listed in the separate sheet No. 3 (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) and each of the buildings listed in the separate sheet No. 3 (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
