On October 31, 2019, at around 16:50, the Defendant driven a C 3 truck with blood alcohol concentration of about 0.086% at the 2km section around the Jindong-gu Jinjin-gu 19, Jinjin-gu, Jinjin-gu, Jindong-gu, Jeonju-si, Seoul, with the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.086% around 16:50.
