Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not install structures, etc. in violation of the purpose of designation in a development restriction zone, as a person operating the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B, and shall comply with a corrective order issued by the competent authority for the violated structures.

The Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority on June 2012, installed a steel container structure of 27 square meters of office sizes in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, a development-restricted zone, in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, which is a development-restricted zone, and failed to comply with an order issued by the head of Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City by November 17, 2012 and October 7, 2012, to correct the above illegal act without justifiable grounds even though he/she received an order from the head of Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to correct it.
