Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on August 13, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on May 4, 2014.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 8, 2014, around 11:14, 2014, the Defendant sold to E a psychotropic-related psychotropic drug Mespon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) volume of psychotropic drugs at KRW 500,000.

2. On December 2014, the Defendant issued approximately 0.04 g of philopon to E at the G Hospital parking lot located in the Hanhae Kim-si, Kimhae-si.

3. Around 17:00 on June 11, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 500,000,000 from J’s car stopped in front of the Imotour located in H, Kimhae-si, and from J J’s test, Jinchisopon KRW 1g.

4. On June 11, 2015, the Defendant, around 17:30, 17:30, injected IMocom 801, and 0.05g philopon into a single-use injection machine, and melted them into water, and administered them in a way of injecting them into the arms.

5. Around 15:00 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philopon into the third floor toilet located in K in Kimhae-si, and in a way of injecting them into a single-use injection machine and melting them into water, and then in injection into the arms.

6. On June 22, 2015, at around 17:30, the Defendant possessed L Hospital 305 located in K in Kimhae-si, and approximately 0.74 g of philopon on the part of the patient clothes (i.e., a philopon, containing approximately 0.62g philopon 0.05 g of philopon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon cop

[Maju District Court 2015Mo3892] On February 2, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, and melted them with water, and administered them in a way of injection into the arms.
