Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

C On January 19, 2015, the Defendant filed a lawsuit for the registration of cancellation of ownership against the Defendant (Seoul Northern District Court 2015 Gohap 377), and the lawsuit was brought before the conciliation on February 4, 2015 (Seoul Northern District Court 2015 s. 1029) and on May 30, 2015, the decision of compulsory conciliation became final and conclusive that “the Defendant (Defendant) shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 450 million and the amount at the rate of 20% per annum from December 10, 2014 to the date of full payment.”

However, on March 22, 2016, the Defendant did not pay a decision to C in accordance with the compulsory adjustment order, and C applied for property specification to the Suwon District Court on April 11, 2016, and the application was decided on April 11, 2016, and the Defendant was present at the court on July 19, 2016 to the effect that the Defendant would be punished if he/she makes a false statement by attending the court or submits a false list of property.

An oath was taken.

However, the Defendant intentionally omitted a list of vehicles registered in his/her name from the Seoul Central District Court No. 260, 262, 263, 280, 288, 269, 270, 272, 273, 280, 288, 289, 290, 131, 138, 260, 261, 262, 263, 264, 274, 275, 284, 285, 286, 281, 209, 210, 2223, 254, 255, 257, 255, 275, 275, 284, 285, 286, 29, 210, 2254, 255, 257, and 254.
