A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:40 on May 27, 2014, the Defendant driven Cluxa vehicle from the front side of the Leecheon Medical Center located in the 215-dong, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, 0.23% of alcohol level, to the front road of the Seocho-si, Yacheon-si, 215.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) obtained the victim a part of the right side of the Espon vehicle driven by the victim D driving the said one lane on the left side of the vehicle due to the negligence of changing the vehicle line to the left side without sufficiently examining the traffic situation while under the influence of normal driving at the location specified in the preceding paragraph at the same time and at the same time as set forth in the preceding paragraph, and suffered an injury, such as cindum dump, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment

3. The injured Defendant, while engaging in a dispute with the victim D due to the foregoing traffic accident at a time, at the same time, at a place, as referred to in paragraph 2, suffered bodily injury, such as an inner part, where he/she was aware of the victim’s face one time, and where he/she was aware of the victim’s chest part once, he/she suffered bodily injury for about two weeks.

4. At around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was asked by the police officer at the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station affiliated with the Gyeonggi-do Police Station who received 112 reports due to the foregoing traffic accidents, etc., and was asked by F to ask questions about the circumstances of the accident; (b) “F face on one occasion of personal arrest; (c) f face on one occasion of drinking; and (d) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the control of the crime by assaulting the chest of F on one occasion.”
