A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 199, the Defendant married with C on August 13, 199, and the marriage relationship was annulled on October 23, 2007, but continued to communicate with C and maintained close relations.

On October 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on the part of G gas station located in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu; (b) on the request of C to purchase and request for re-purchase of heart drugs issued on the said vehicle; (c) on October 16, 2014, the Defendant purchased and delivered a prescription issued by C to C at the Master University of Life University located in the Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (d) on the same day, purchased drugs as indicated in the prescription issued at the J Contracting State located in I, Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, and then delivered the same to C.

In this regard, the defendant has made the defendant escape from C who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
